Solomon Steinlauf, co-founder of S &
Z Capital & Development LLC, has
been involved in real estate for
over 17 years. Prior to founding S &
Z Capital & Development LLC, Mr.
Steinlauf was a top producing broker
and an REO specialist.
Mr. Steinlauf knows the city’s
diverse neighborhoods intimately and
understands their different
offerings and flavors. Mr.
Steinlauf’s keen awareness of the
real estate market enables him to
accurately judge emerging markets as
suitable investments.

Zeev Sandman
Zeev
Sandman, co-founder of S & Z Capital
& Development LLC, is a consummate
real estate professional that has
been involved in real estate for the
past 14 years. Prior to forming S &
Z Capital & Development LLC, Mr.
Sandman was a top producing agent in
residential and commercial markets
in which he experienced the market
first hand. As a real estate
developer, Mr. Sandman utilizes his
creativity & insight to discern the
unique potential of every property
and maximize its growth potential.
Mr. Sandman graduated from Ben
Gurion University with a degree in
Urban Planning. He has an unrivalled
ability to rehab and develop
residential properties.
Zeev Sandman admits that the
underlying key to his success in
real estate is his genuine love for
his work. He is extremely focused
and detail oriented. Mr. Sandman is
well seasoned when it comes to
